1. Assistance With Daily Living

We support individuals with everyday routines and activities, helping them develop confidence and maintain a structured lifestyle. Support is tailored to their abilities and may include assistance with daily planning, completing household tasks and maintaining regular routines.

2. Personal Care Support
Where required, we provide respectful assistance with personal care activities while protecting each individual’s privacy, dignity and comfort. Our approach encourages people to participate in their own care as much as possible and maintain their independence.

3. Household Management
Maintaining a home can involve many responsibilities. We can support individuals with household routines such as cleaning, laundry, organising personal belongings and keeping their living spaces comfortable and tidy. Our goal is to encourage participation and build practical household skills.

4. Meal Planning and Preparation
We can support individuals to develop meal-planning skills, prepare food and establish everyday routines around meals. Assistance is tailored to their abilities, preferences and relevant dietary requirements.

5. Developing Independent Living Skills
Building independence often involves learning new skills over time. We encourage individuals to develop confidence in daily decision-making, household responsibilities, time management and personal organisation, according to their goals and abilities.

6. Building Confidence and Decision-Making
We respect each person’s right to make choices about their daily life. Our support aims to encourage self-confidence, personal responsibility and meaningful participation in decisions about routines, activities and living arrangements.

7. Establishing Daily Routines
Consistent routines can help individuals manage their responsibilities and feel more confident in their everyday lives. We work with participants to develop routines that reflect their preferences, goals and support requirements.
